Just two games remain in the 2017-18 basketball season before the Mountain East Conference Basketball Tournament Feb. 28-March 4 at the Charleston Civic Center.
Tonight’s games against Concord at home are part of alumni night festivities. Women start at 5:30. Men at 7:30. The final games are Saturday at UC.
The top 10 MEC men’s and women’s basketball teams will compete in the tournament, including our teams.
The Men’s Basketball team is tied for 6th place in MEC standings with Concord and UC. The Yellow Jackets have an overall record of 12-13, and an MEC record of 10-10.
The Women’s team is tied for third place in the MEC standings with West Liberty. The Yellow Jackets have an overall record of 11-15 and an MEC record of 11-9.
