Power Outages in Prillerman Wing of Keith Residence Hall

Power outages have been reported last night and today in the Prillerman Wing of the Keith Residence Hall. The Interim Director of Residence Halls, Darrien Williams sent out the following information to students in the dorms:

“Residents residing on the Prillerman wing on the second, third and fourth floor may experience a power outage for at least an hour as Physical Facilities continues to correct the issue from last night. We understand the inconvenience that this may cause so they are working diligently and we are hopeful that the issue will be resolved. If you have any question, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I will continue to keep you updated with the process. Thank you for your patience.”

Power has been restored to all rooms in Keith Residence Hall.

Statement from the Interim Director of Residence Halls Derrien Williams in an email to all students:

“First, I want to say thank you all for your patience last night and this morning. I appreciate it. With that being said, all power should be restored to Keith Hall. It is our hope that we will not experience any more outages. If you happen to experience any more issues, please notify us. In addition, if you have the opportunity to see a worker from Physical Facilities, please tell them thank you. They worked hard throughout the night and today to ensure that there was power. Once again, thank you for your cooperation and patience.”
