Yellow Jacket Football star Quinton Gray impressed scouts at the NFL pro combine day at Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland.
State football’s all time leader in catches, receiving yards, and touchdowns recorded times of 4.57 and 4.46 in his 40-yard dash runs, an important measure of a draft prospect’s potential.
Gray talked to a scout from the Washington Redskins, but admits it was “mostly nothing serious.”
The Stafford, Virginia native is confident about his opportunity to play on the next level at the upcoming pro draft April 26 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
Gray said, “I feel as though I’ve put myself in a great position. Now, it’s just a waiting game.”
