Ballot Set for Student Government Elections

The ballot is set for the Student Government Association elections March 12-13. The filing period  closed Friday, after being extended. Some offices have no candidates. Other candidates are running unopposed.

The tickets for SGA President and Vice President are Brandon Martinez/Miranda Dixon and Rachel Harper/Cal Colangelo.

The candidate for University Board of Governors representative  is current SGA Vice President Baigen Seawell. She is running unopposed.

The candidates for Mr. State are Chrisdeion Alston, Cedrick Framer, and Hayson Hankins. The candidate for Ms. State is Angelica Willis, who is running unopposed.

The candidates for Mr. and Ms. Sophomore are Noah Phillips and Regina Maxwell, respectively. Both are running unopposed.

The candidates for Ms. Junior are Taja Price, Embreya Ballard, and Krystal Ford.

The candidate for Sophomore Senator is Keyona Thomas, who is running unopposed.

No candidates filed to run for Mr. Junior, Mr. and Ms. Senior, Freshman Senator, and Senator of Professional Studies. These positions will be elected in the Fall 2018 semester along with Freshman King and Queen.
